Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note that:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the product is returned in a damaged condition, or with missing parts that were not due to our error, only a partial refund may be granted.

Late or Missing Refunds
